We charge just £50 per square foot
Timber
All our buildings are manufactured from treated pine to ensure a life span of at least 25-30 years. Framing is 3” x 2” and cladding is 5” x 0.75” shiplap as used in all traditional timber buildings.
Joinery
All your doors and windows will be joinery made and fitted with sealed double glazing units. All windows are fitted with household catches and casement stays. All doors are fitted with lever locks for added security.
Sizes are:
– Double doors 6ft 6” high x 3ft 6” wide
– Single doors 6ft 6” high x 30” wide
– Double windows 1 fixed, 1 opening, 42” high x 40” wide.
– Windows Fixed or opening, 42” high x 20” wide.
Guttering
All our buildings come fitted with black guttering and down pipes as standard.
Damp Proof Course
All buildings are erected on a damp proof course to alleviate any problems you might have with moisture
Tiling
All our buildings are tiled with 38kg grey felt shingles to give the appearance and durability of a traditional grey slate roof.
Exterior Decoration
You can have your building painted with two coats of any colour from the Cuprinol Shades and Cuprinol Heritage Shades ranges. This finish is all-weather resistant, fade resistant and harmless to pets and plants
Interior Decoration
Your building will come with skirting boards and door and window architraves colour coded to match the exterior of the building
Lining
All buildings are fully insulated, including floor and roof with either plasterboard or ply internal finish (included in price) or tongue and groove at a small extra cost.
