Do you deliver outside of North Devon?
Yes, we deliver and install in all parts of the British Isles. There will, however, be a small charge for jobs over 100 miles away.
Do I need Planning Permission?
Not necessarily, unless you live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a Conservation Area or live in a Listed Building.
Is it possible to have electric installed?
Yes this is possible but you will need to employ your own qualified electrician. We work closely with them when finishing the interior to make any electric wiring and sockets as unobtrusive as possible.
Can you lay the base and/or clear the site for me?
Yes, we can arrange to clear your site and also lay a base for you. The usual base is concrete but buildings can be put on sleepers or slabs.
Do you have standard sizes for buildings?
No every building is made to each customer’s own specification, with doors and windows located to suit the location and Velux windows, interior partitions as extras if required.
Do you have different styles of windows and doors?
Yes there are three styles of windows and double or single doors as required, with small panes, a double pane or one single large pane.
What interior finishes are available?
The building will come with a ply finish as standard, included in the cost or plasterboard or tongue and groove internal finishes are available at extra cost.
Is guttering included in the cost?
Yes but you will have supply your own water butt.
Do you do roof tiles in other colours?
Yes other roof tile colours are available, i.e. brick red.
